Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@baskettee.com. If your return is accepted we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Pursuant to and for the purposes of Legislative Decree no. 206/05, given the purchase made at a distance then away from business premises, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 10 working days of receipt of goods.

You can return to exchange or refund one or more items purchased within 14 days of the order being delivered.

All returned garments are inspected by BASKET.TEE™ and must comply with all parameters. BASKET.TEE reserves the right to refuse the exchange/refund request in cases where the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions of our return policy.

How to make Replacement for size/product change (compliant product)

If you wish to change the product you received, items that meet the above conditions can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs and you will need to provide us with a tracking number. The company will not be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns without identification and traceability.

*If the return request is made after 14 days after receiving the order, BASKET.TEE will reserve the right to refuse the exchange/refund request.

**If you purchased a product on sale, please check availability when requesting a product size change.

How to make Replacement for change of a failed garment (non-compliant product) 

If you have encountered an irregularity in the order received, (failed product, item other than ordered) send an email to the address info@baskettee.com following these instructions:

    • In the subject line of the email, indicate the order number and the problem found (FAILED PRODUCT ORDER NUMBER _______).
    • Describe the irregularity in the body of the email.
    • Attach clear photographic evidence of the defect or the wrong product.

You will be contacted within 24/48h by our operator to solve the problem concerning the faulty product.

How to make a return 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, items that meet the return parameters can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.

Proceed by sending an email to info@baskettee.com following these instructions:

  • In the subject line of the email, indicate the order number and the problem encountered (PRODUCT TO REND ORDER NUMBER _______).
  • Describe your reasons in the body of the email.

You will be contacted within 24/48h by our operator to resolve the issue.

When Will I receive the replacement

Exchange deliveries take place within 7-14 business days from the day the return is delivered to BASKET.TEE headquarters.

For more precise information about your exchange, you can send an email to the following address info@baskettee.com indicating the order number, the name of the holder and the tracking code of the shipment you made. 

Reimbursement mode

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Does the tracking link that was provided to you marked ''delivered'' but was not actually delivered?

First of all, check that the address you provided at checkout is correct. (You can check through the order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails that we send for each individual order)

If the address you provided at checkout is correct, try calling the post office closest to your home to be sure that it was not delivered there by mistake or due to your lack of presence at home during the delivery phase. If they don't answer the phone, you can contact the postal services by email.

We remind you that it will be necessary to call the post office, or send an email, before writing to us as to ensure that we can help you with the resolution of your problem we will need to have a confirmation that it was a courier error.
